JOB DUTIES: Lawn & Plant Health Care Tech position includes fertilization and integrated pest management (IPM) on trees, shrubs and lawns using mechanical, spray and injection tools.
SKILLS NEEDED:
· Attention to Customer Service
· Clear Communicator
· Proficient in Plant ID
· Proficient in Lawn pest, weed and fungal ID
· Ability to operate and calibrate fertilization equipment.
· Ability to problem solve in the field.
· Ability to perform work in an efficient manner.
· Ability to use apps and software on mobile devices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to identify plant and diagnose problems and recommend plant health care solutions
· Ability to perform strenuous manual labor and work in all weather conditions and seasons
· Commercial Applicators License 3B
· Fertilizer Applicators License (PROFACT)
· High energy personality, self-motivated.
· Valid Driver’s License
· DOT physical exam
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Commercial Applicators License 3A
· Certified Arborist
· CDL
