Role: Training and Development Specialist (Salesforce)
Location: Suwanee, GA

Description:
Conduct training sessions: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees to learn Salesforce SFDC-related concepts, Administer and configuration techniques. Provide guidance and support to ensure participants understand and apply the training content effectively.
Customise training for different audiences: Adapt training materials and content to meet the needs of participants with varying levels of experience and expertise in Salesforce minor level enhancements. Offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced training sessions in SFDC admin and platform developer as needed.
Evaluate training effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate training programs to assess their impact on participants' skills and performance. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as necessary.
Stay updated on data trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Salesforce such as Cloud Consultant and App Builder . Incorporate new tools and techniques into training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Provide ongoing support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to employees as they apply SFDC Cloud concepts in their work. Answer questions, provide guidance over Platform Basics, CRM and offer additional resources to help participants succeed.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with department heads, project managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computers/Information Technology/ electronic and communications, or related field.
5+ Years of experience in relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and customization options.
Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Experience developing training materials and curriculum for technical subjects.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
