As a Staff Assistant in the Registrar's Office, you will be at the heart of our operations, assisting with graduation processes, supporting special programs, collaborating with faculty and staff across the university, and providing top-notch service to our university community. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (conferred by August 2024)
• A minimum of one year of experience in an educational or academic servicies/student support setting. Relevant student employment considered
• Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to develop and maintain harmonious working relations
• Ability to work as a team member and perform work in various situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved
• Previous customer or student service experience

Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid position with regular on-campus, in-person responsibilities in Salem, MA and requires a flexible work schedule according to departmental needs, which may include periodic evenings and weekends.
