ROLE: Software Engineer
LOCATION: RICHARDSON (US:75080), TX
JOB DESCRIPTION:
SRE/DevOps Persistence Engineer JD-Senior Developer/Cloud Engineer/Senior DevOPS Engineer with Experience ?= 8 Years
-Experience with open-source technologies such as Kafka/Cassandra
-Must have administration, configuration, and optimization experience with dealing Kafka/Cassandra in cloud environments.
-Experience in AWS Services, S3, VPC, Route53, EC2, Cloud Watch-Good Experience in writing Automation using Python / Shell Scripting
-Experience in working in Agile projects and agile ceremonies like Scrum meetings/ Standup calls
-Experience with Infrastructure orchestration as code(IaaS) such as Terraform in AWS env
-Previous experience with data clustering across data centers
-Must have previous experience developing or implementing configuration management with Ansible/Puppet
-Good experience with DevOPS tools, like: Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Monitoring tolls like Grafana/Prometheus.
-Experience in Linux Troubleshooting, Cloud and Virtualization troubleshooting.
-Must show a leader and problem solver attributes and provide support/guidance to team members.
-Prior experience as an SRE engineer or lead Installing, Integrating, maintaining, and monitoring tools Prometheus, Grafana Setting up the dashboards and monitoring, exp.
With Jira and PagerDuty, a good understanding of going through logs and understanding the issues Good Understanding of AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, VPC, ALB), Docker, Kubernetes
