Maintenance Coordinator – Carrollton, TX
IFF is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in
Carrollton, TX primarily supporting the Maintenance employees. It’s an exciting time to be part of the IFF family. About You…
This individual will be expected to be an independent self-starter while also being able to work well in a team both on site, as well as via virtual meetings with colleagues in other locations around the world.
You Will Spend Your Time...
- General administrative support to the business and various functional employees, i.e Operations, and Maintenance.
- Assists in the creation of purchase orders and works with Accounts Payable to ensure payment of invoices from Third Parties by expediting various steps throughout the process.
- Approve workflows in SAP/SRM
- Monitor/maintain inventory and order stationery/office supplies a needed.
- Create and submit Visitor Passes and Badge requests for H&B and functional employees as well as other IFF employees and visitors as needed.
- Provide back-up support for business president’s executive assistant (EA) with onsite meeting/visitor management and various ad hoc administrative tasks, including management of president’s calendar and travel needs during EA’s vacation time.
- Support site activities designed to help further our culture/employee engagement as needed.
