Job description

Our Massachusetts based manufacturing client is seeking to add an ERP Systems Analyst to their growing team. This Direct HIre position will develop and customize the Epicor Kinetic enterprise resource planning (ERP) business process management software, ensuring the software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible by developing timely and cost-effective solutions.

General duties will include software analysis, working with technical teams, developing program design specifications, and presenting action plans to the Director of Information Technology.

• Supports implementing, reporting, and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (Kinetic) system.
• Works with subject matter experts in all departments to design and develop Epicor reporting solutions that will help improve operational and business efficiency.
• Work with Epicor team to ensure reliable performance of Kinetic ERP in a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment, providing end-user technical/functional support in Kinetic Reporting, Dashboard modules, and Power BI.
• Customize and configure workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications.
• Identify SSRS and PowerBI business requirements and design reporting systems/dashboards based on these needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a technical field and at least one year of Epicor experience.
• Must have experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic and above in a multi-company, multi-plant manufacturing environment.
• Candidate must have experience in SSRS, Power BI, BPMs, and BAQs.
• Candidate should have whole lifecycle development experience utilizing the Kinetic toolset.
• Working knowledge of .NET Framework in C# or Visual Basic
