Job Title: Director of Marketing

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Director of Marketing to spearhead the development of comprehensive customer acquisition strategies for our B2B marketing products. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our brand strategy and marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on cultivating engaging content to educate and raise awareness about our B2B products among brand partners.

Responsibilities:

Craft high-level positioning and go-to-market strategy to effectively engage and inform target customers.
Develop a robust content marketing program aimed at maximizing brand awareness and driving conversions across all stages of the inbound customer journey for PR and Content Marketing prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute a content calendar, create compelling content (e.g., white papers, guides, case studies, webinars), manage internal and external content production partners, and analyze content performance metrics.
Implement distribution strategies for developed content across various channels including email, social media, and blogs.
Efficiently manage external resources such as agencies and contractors to drive marketing efforts.
Utilize engagement and inbound funnel metrics to iterate and enhance marketing strategies.
Provide support in creating sales collateral and resources for the Sales and Account teams.
Bring forth innovative growth and marketing ideas to continually enhance our strategies.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or content marketing, with a focus on the Enterprise segment.
Demonstrated expertise in formulating end-to-end marketing strategies.
Strong proficiency in copywriting, particularly within the context of distribution platforms and/or SaaS products.
Advanced understanding of digital marketing, PR, content, SEO, and earned media strategies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content plans, including creation, curation, and promotion.
Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
Highly organized and process-oriented operator with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
A collaborative individual with a strong commitment to personal growth and development.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in undefined environments.
