Summary

Real Estate Career with a proven plan, system and marketing to help you achieve selling more than 24 homes per year. Ron and Eva Cedillo's HBRTeam powered by Place, have spent millions of dollars in advertising, building systems, websites and training to put you in a position to win. We are looking for someone with drive, grit and a strong work ethic that can help serve our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are a highly motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
