We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, to work together in person, and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. What You’ll Do

Working closely with the SimpliSafe People Team, the Benefits Manager will deliver programs and services that help to create a best-in-class experience for our employees. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for all benefits processes and analysis and plays a key role in contributing to the success of SimpliSafe by ensuring we are delivering best in class benefits through clear communication and effective programs. You will have a great opportunity to help drive strategic initiatives designed to enhance our Employee Value Proposition and competitive advantage.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, HRIS & Payroll and providing thought partnership and collaboration across the People organization and leveraging data driven insights that support the design of innovative, cost effective and market competitive programs to support SimpliSafers.
