Job description

We are looking for a head coach for the Conway TigerSharks!! 

We are a newer recreation league team. 

Qualifications: 

-Previous competitive swim experience.
-Previous coaching experience. 
-Experience with the software Meet & Team Manager preferred. 

**Must be willing to work Monday through Thursday 4:00pm - 7:30pm, and one Saturday a month for the actual swim meet. 

We have two seasons within the league: 
Summer Season - June to August 
Regular Season - September - April
