Join our American Girl team, the largest direct-to-consumer doll brand known for its rich storytelling and best-in-class omnichannel experience. Managed thoughtfully as a purpose driven, premium lifestyle brand, American Girl inspires girls to grow up with courage, confidence & strength of character through engaging stories, premium products, and immersive play experiences.

The Brand Marketing team is responsible for end-to-end product strategy, including line planning & management, asset development and marketing plans. We develop strong campaigns, all with careful management of the P&L and ensuring financial success. Marketing serves as the connective tissue between other cross functional partners and key stakeholders such as design, development, finance, and our commercial and retail teams.

The Opportunity: 

The Marketing Manager, American Girl, will work closely with the Senior Manager and cross functional teams in product marketing to bring American Girl products to market. This includes product strategy, marketing asset strategy & briefing, and day to day oversight of core toy offerings.

What We’re Looking For: 

The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $144,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
