We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and working with the team to develop new and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong technical experience in Mechanical Engineering and Equipment Engineering and have the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

As Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, developing new ideas and solutions, and providing technical expertise. You will also be in charge of leading the team and motivating them to reach their goals.
We are seeking a Lead Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Equipment Engineering. Additional expertise in leadership is also required. The ideal candidate must also have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000 annually
