Our Project Team on the Pipestem Dam Spillway Modification Project near Jamestown, ND is currently interviewing for Concrete Superintendent positions to start in March and April of this year. We are looking for Superintendents who can join the Pipestem Team and be a part of placing 20,000CY of structural and mass concrete.

• Experience supervising Structural Concrete works with multiple foremen/construction crews.
• Structural Concrete experience on heavy civil construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Safety oriented, 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred.
• Strong work ethic; willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to function as a team-builder/player
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate. 

• Be a leader in construction safety, lead and organize tailboard meetings.
• Understand project cost and budgets and be an integral part of a team whose goal is finishing the work under budget and ahead of schedule.
• Work with other Superintendents, Project Engineers and Crews in planning, scheduling and managing concrete construction activities.
• Schedule and manage Structural Concrete crew workforce, equipment, and tools for maximum utilization and quality of work.
• Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution.
• Ensure all employees are current in and compliant with all Barnard safety policies, and have received required safety training and equipment.
