The Job At-A- Glance:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, projects, and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints. This includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and prioritizing tasks for the team. Coordinate with project teams to define objectives , deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines and objectives . Coordinate with different departments or teams to allocate resources effectively and address any issues that arise during project implementation.
- Help with process improvement Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document standard operating procedures. Continuously review and update processes.
- Collect and analyze data related to operations performance, such as production metrics, customer feedback, and employee productivity. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to management and support decision-making processes.
- Serve as a point of contact between different departments, teams, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards and support the company’s mission and vision.

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to operations management.
