Primary Care Physician

We are actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a long standing Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Florida.

The Company: Our Client has been established for 40 years and offers tremendous stability for their Providers. They operate 14 Center in 6 counties in Northeast Florida, 11 Primary Care Centers and 3 Dental Centers.

The Position : We’re looking for a Family Practice Physician. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $210,000+ and up depending on experience.

• $210,000 - $220,000+ Depending on Experience
• 3 Weeks PTO (Vacation and Sick Days Combined)
• 11 Federal Holidays Paid
• 5 Days CME’s With Reimbursement
• Loan Repayment up to $50k For 2 Years
• Full Benefits Through Blue Cross
• $15k Life Insurance Paid
• Short and Long Term Disability
• Productivity Bonus Anywhere From $6,400 to $30,000 a Year
• Sign on Bonus and Relocation Available
• 2 Memberships Paid Per Year

Requirements:

• Current Florida Medical License Required
• ACN License Will be Considered
• New Grads Welcome

Responsibilities:

• Monday Through Friday 8am to 5pm
• 22-25 Patients Per Day
• No Hospital Call (Phone Only) 1:4
• No Procedures Required
