Job Summary
The Atzenhoffer Group is looking for a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead the internet sales team in Victoria, Texas. The BDC Manager will create and lead clear sales strategies to optimize the dealership’s business opportunities. He or she will lead and develop the sales team, utilizing their knowledge and skills to reach dealership targets.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Create and lead an internet sales strategy that meets dealership standards
- Model and promote ethical behavior and sales techniques
- Oversee the development and growth of a high-performing internet sales team
- Create strong customer relationships, actively working to gain customer loyalty
- Monitor and mentor internet sales agents to meet dealership goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with laws and other regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- A proven track record of success in sales management
- At least three years of experience in the auto industry, with a background in management or sales preferred
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and offer solutions
- Ability to use computer programs to analyze sales data
- Knowledge of store operations, sales and financial reports
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills
