We are looking for a self-motivated individual, terrific presenter, strong communicator and someone who can close a deal. No experience necessary! We will provide all the training and tools to succeed. As an HVAC Sales Advisor, you meet with our fantastic customers in their home offering expertise on which equipment best fits their comfort needs. Each day is spent building lasting relationships, serving customers, closing sales and building a path for a bright future.

Hours: Evening and Saturday availability required

Pay Rate: Base + Commission

Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Employer pays $200 per month towards employee's premium), 10 paid holidays, PTO

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years sales experience required
• Magnetic personality
• Ability to pass background screen
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• In home sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Good Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Desire to make $100K+ per year income
• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Well organized and ability to work independently
