Job Summary
Old Marsh Country Club is an 18 hole championship golf course, pub, and event center located in Wells, Maine. We are looking to hire line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers as we open our golf course. We are willing to train the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize cooking stations in the kitchen.
- Cook the assigned menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Ensure that dishes are timed correctly for service.
- Keep a clean station and help doing dishes.
- Comply with health and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach.
Experience
- Experience cooking in a professional environment.
- Comprehension of a variety of cooking techniques and understanding of chef’s culinary requirements.
- Familiarity with best line cook practices.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
