Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our dynamic team at Anika Systems Incorporated. As a rapidly growing woman-owned small business, we specialize in delivering innovative IT solutions for various federal government agencies. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
Proven experience in RPA development, particularly with UiPath or Blue Prism (UiPath Preferred).
Engineering proficiency using VBScript, .Net, Python, or Java.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles.
Familiarity with UiPath RE Framework, Queues, Queue-based Job triggering, and processing records from email attachments.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with team leads in identifying gaps and constraints related to business requirements and processes, contributing to effective solutions.
Capability to develop and configure robotic processes in line with functional specifications.
Excellent communication skills, enabling the translation of technical software solutions to non-technical clients.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
