Position : Quality Manager
Location : 725 W SR 434 Unit H, Longwood, Florida
Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Function Leadership : Organize and oversee the Quality function within the organization, including quality planning, resource allocation, and the establishment of quality measurement practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
- Shipping & Receiving Oversight : Directly manage the shipping and receiving department, ensuring that:
- All packages are received and dispatched according to strict quality standards.
- Detailed attention is paid to the accuracy of order processing.
- Procedures are in place to inspect incoming and outgoing packages for compliance with specifications and requirements.
- ESD Certification Management : Spearhead efforts to achieve and maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) certification, aligning with safety and quality benchmarks essential for electronic distributors.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the Quality department, using Zoho Products to streamline quality management processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve documentation and reporting.
- Team Leadership and Development : Cultivate a culture of quality and excellence, leading by example and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
Requirements
- Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by 2-3 years of proven experience in quality management, preferably within the electronics components sector.
- Knowledge of ESD Certification : Proficient understanding of the processes and standards required for obtaining and maintaining ESD Certification.
- Zoho Products Proficiency : Demonstrable experience with Zoho Products, showcasing the ability to leverage these tools for effective quality control, documentation, and operational management.
- Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all shipping and receiving activities meet quality standards.
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage the quality team towards achieving excellence in all operational aspects.
