Wage band range $66,560.00 to $95,000.00 (10-month); however, it is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.  Please note: staffing in our NPS Program is determined by student enrollment. The position may qualify for bilingual pay incentive.

Casa Pacifica is a fully certified with commendations by the State Department of Education, our NPS serves children/youth ages 8 through 18 placed in the Residential Treatment Program or Assessment, Stabilization, and Permanency Center as well as day students from surrounding communities. Casa Pacifica is expanding our non-public school educational services to Northern Santa Barbara County, with an exciting new opportunity to build out services in the Lompoc area.

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Education/Principal, the Special Education Teacher will instruct special education students individually and in small groups in accordance with Casa Pacifica’s policies and procedures; develop and implement IEP goals, assess students, and coordinate programs to increase independence and functioning in society, socially, vocationally, and academically.
