Welding Foreman
Pay: $24/hr.
Hours: Monday Friday 6AM4:30PM

Job Description:
Supervise a crew of welders onsite Perform welding tasks as needed Coordinate and schedule daily activities for the crew Ensure the quality and efficiency of welding work Travel to Stillwater daily Provide onthejob training and guidance to crew members Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Monitor and report progress to project management.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in welding and crew supervision Proficient in TIG welding Ability to travel to Stillwater daily Excellent leadership and communication skills Safety training and awareness for highprofile job sites Clean driving record (MVR) Background check and drug test required Ability to drive company vehicles.
