Purpose   

Dr. Reddy’s is seeking a 2025 graduate to hire as aBusiness Development Intern.The role will support activities related to strategic business development and M&A. 

 

The Strategy, Innovation, and Business Development team provides leadership within Dr. Reddy's Laboratories - North America group on strategy, business development, and M&Aactivities related to the existing Rx and OTC businesses as well as forforays into new spaces.  

 

Responsibilities:   

•Assist in strategic business development initiatives with a focus on in-licensing and/or acquisition of Branded and Generic products. 

•Perform required analyses including product/market analysis, competitive analysis, and financial modeling, that establish business justification. 

•Support due diligence and execution of business development transactions. 

 

Qualifications/Skills: 
 
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field. 
 
•Strong communication skills. 
 
•Must be a self-starter with strong initiative. 
 
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
 
•Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
 
•Strong attention to detail. 
 
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

 

*Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remoterequired).
