Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. This role requires an energetic, organized and detail-oriented individual who is skilled in residential, multifamily, tenant improvement, commercial, construction, warehouses, offices, hotels, and other related projects. The successful candidate will develop and manage project plans, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget.
This role requires an individual to be a proven leader and communicator. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, while ensuring they are done on time and within budget. You will coordinate with the other departments to ensure that all tasks are being properly completed, and will also be responsible for managing and evaluating personnel.
This position requires at least 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in residential, multifamily, tenant improvement, commercial, construction, warehouses, offices, hotels, and other related projects.
This role offers an annual salary range of $100k to $140k We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K, vacation, and other bonuses. Additionally, we offer a variety of commissions, bonuses, and perks.
