Job description

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Area Director/ Senior Project Manager to join our thriving Aviation Group and lead our operations in the Washington, North Idaho and Montana markets. The preferred location for this position is Spokane, Washington; however, any home base location within the Area (Washington, Idaho, Montana) is acceptable – apply and let’s talk about it!

*Aviation engineering experience required*

Position Summary:

Ardurra is looking for an Area Director to lead and grow our thriving aviation practice in the Northwest. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to serve our clients in Eastern Washington and North Idaho, while working to expand our business within our existing footprint and into Western Washington and Montana. We have a strong team in place – we need leadership to take it to the next level! In addition to leadership of the group in this area, you will oversee projects and service to key clients. .

This position comes with a lot of responsibility from the start, but also has significant potential for growth in the Northwest and nationally. Ardurra is working to grow a national practice from our strong Northwest base and you can be a part of that.

This position includes a generous compensation package with the possibility of stock ownership, depending on your qualifications.
