LaSalle Network is partnered with a renowned business management firm serving high-net-worth clients in the sports and entertainment industry. They are seeking an Audit Manager to join their Nashville office, due to growth! 

This firm provides financial and advisory services including accounting, tax, tour management and wealth preservation strategy. The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing a team of controllers who ensure consistent application of company policy and procedure. The Audit Manager will work in a collaborative partnership with the business management teams to service the firm's clientele while developing a growing team of controllers. 

Audit Manager Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for training, coaching, development, and education of the controller team 

• Lead the Process Improvement team to develop new policy and procedure and ensure implementation and accuracy of existing policy and procedure

• Ensure team controllers issue the financial reporting packages due annually, quarterly, or monthly

• Oversee creation of client budgets and ensure monthly budget to actual reporting is sent to the clients 

• Responsible for the process of annual financial statement review to prep for tax deliverables 

• Act as Liaison with tax manager to provide necessary data for the completion of all tax returns 

• Stay up to date on industry standards and developments 

Audit Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Economics   

• 8+ years of public accounting experience 

• Extensive knowledge in audit required 

• Experience in family office, entertainment, legal firms, preferred 

• CPA or CMA required
