Location Address: Downtown, Toronto (Mostly remote, only in office when needed)
Contract Duration: Until Aug 30, 2024
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Typical Day in Role
The contractor will be given a list of material to work through and will need to connect with their report to with any missing/outstanding info
Working through current training material to ensure information is accurate and relevant
Ensuring training links are correct and branding are up to date
Scheduling training calls and meetings with the appropriate contacts
Facilitating training calls for a large group of employees
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1-2 Years Experience as a Communications Specialist (or similar position)
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience with Adobe Standard (familiar with converting files)
Prior SharePoint Experience
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Bilingual English/French
Prior Banking/FI Experience is an asset
Knowledge of Estate and Trust planning
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and writing skills
ability to work independently
Degrees or certifications:
Post secondary education

Structure and Format: 1 panel video interview with HM & Team Member
