Plan a program of study with logically sequenced objectives. Employ a variety of instructional techniques meeting the individual needs and abilities of the students. Practice positive, consistent discipline in the management of the classroom. Communicate with parents regarding academic, behavioral, or safety concerns. Evaluate academic growth of students. Maintain accurate, complete, and appropriate confidential records such as gradebook, attendance, etc. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the work environment and grow professionally. Establish positive relationships and rapport with students. Required Qualifications Current Professional Educators License or Certificate with proper endorsement Knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic Church
