Job description

Core responsibilities include helping to monitor neuropsychological testing on subjects, ages 25-100+ and preparing case reports for dementia diagnostic meetings; will serve as a back-up tester and will be able to prepare dementia review summary reports as needed.

Testing will take place primarily in clinic, however, candidate is expected to make home visits or conduct testing via videoconferencing as needed. Additional core responsibilities will include helping to manage the operations of specific projects, both short and long-term. Given the wide range of projects that include cognitive aging, Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and the broad network of collaborators both within BU and outside of BU (including international), there are a myriad of tasks that range from day-to-day operations management to assisting with hiring.

This position will assist in managing office management tasks, including purchasing, onboarding new employees, calendar and communications management, maintaining documentation, organizing the electronic filing system and office coordination. This position will also assist with IRB related tasks, maintaining manuals of procedures, quality control of data and assist with data management as requested through the Data Core. The priorities of responsibilities are expected to be dynamic based on the needs of the team at any given time.
