Job Description

Primarily responsible for assisting and processing customer sales paperwork, answering and trouble shooting customer questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Receiving, placing and routing telephone calls to and from customers and vendors.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Provide a variety of supportive services and related activities as directed by the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager. Interact with customers, vendors and the public on a daily basis by:
