We are looking for a manager who will function as a technical leader in the team, driving initiatives and expanding team capabilities. You will be responsible for driving and productizing Sensor IP design features and initiatives. Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
- Defining and meeting team schedules
- Interfacing with partner organizations
- Managing interdependencies across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders
- Synthesizing, abstracting, and representing complex information into clear, refined messages
- Assessing risks and identifying solutions to efficient achievement of program goals
- Demonstrating leadership in growing and developing team members to reach their full potential

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years' experience OR a MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years' experience OR a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years' experience
- Experience must be concentrated in silicon and/or VLSI design.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing or leading technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in managing a technical team.
- Mixed signal circuit design (for example: experience in blocks like Ring Oscillators, ADCs, etc.)
- Cross-discipline knowledge in any of these areas, such as Analog integration, RTL/System Verilog Physical design and/or RTL handoff to Backend.
- Good understanding of design for yield and exposure to production challenges in latest technology process node.
- Experience with industry standard tools for Analog design such as Cadence ADE, Spectre, AMS verification, FEV, StarRC etc.
- Static timing analysis concepts, APR, Floor-planning, Metal-routing, Power-grid, Memory IO training.
- MRC and HAS/MAS specification documentation.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
