Job description

HWY Express is looking for an experienced, motivated CDL A Truck Driver. We will have you home every week and you will average $1,400 per week and will have the option to choose CPM or % of the load. We offer a monthly performance bonus and a Transition Bonus to ensure that you transition into your new job with no financial struggle.

Position Summary:

Flatbed Class A CDL Driver out of Kansas City, KS

• Home every weekend for a minimum of a 34-hour reset
• Drivers average $1,400 weekly
• Option to choose CMP or % of load
• Performance bonus
• Transition Bonus to include $1,500 at the end of orientation, $1,500 week 2, $1,000 week 3 and $1,000 week 4 to ensure that you transition into your new job with no financial struggle.
• Flatbed Freight Hauling rebar, pipe, machinery, coils, lumber and oversize loads.
• Rider Program

Equipment :

• Top of the line Peterbilt 579 averaging less than 2 years old
• Sirius XM enabled,TV Mount and Inverters. Front-facing cameras that do not see in the truck.
• Automatics transmission

Orientation:

• Flight or rental car to orientation
• No out-of-pocket expenses

Experience Required:

Our Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers will need 1 year of flatbed experience in the last 3 years. You will need experience in strapping, tarping, chaining and binders. Experience should be in a tractor-trailer with 48-foot or longer trailer and running 3 states or more, keeping log books.
