Job description
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to lead and manage production staff, while also having a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to implement Lean Manufacturing processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. You will be responsible for scheduling staff, monitoring production, and ensuring that the highest quality standards are met. You will also be expected to identify areas of improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
3+ years of manufacturing-based leadership experience (preferred)
Experience in Lean manufacturing (preferred)
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 2-5+ years manufacturing leadership experience
bachelors degree (strongly preferred)
Salary of $75000 - $95000 annually
