We helped over 190 families many which were referred by our past clients, friends, and family last year so we really help coach you on how to grow with the trends & current technologies. We have a proven path and will provide you with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability that ensure success! We are looking for motivated, driven, positive, and hard-working agents to add to our team & grow together. If you show up, we show up! We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time.

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!
We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!
We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.
We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
