Job description
Class A OTR drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who want to run a Lease Purchase program where you can own your truck in as little as 2.5-3 years, $0 down and no credit check.
At the end of the lease, you will pay a $1 buyout.
That is one of the things that sets thing program apart pathway to ownership, reasonable weekly base pay of $308 (so when you take time off you dont have to stress about your $1500 truck payment which means your first week back is just catching up) and all maintenance (preventative and bumper to bumper repairs) are covered under the maintenance program. This means when you take home your $2200-$2600 you dont have to worry about how much of that you will put towards your maintenance escrow or how much you will have to pay for a major mechanical or electrical issue-its covered.
- Reefer Freight Rates: Earn $1.65-$1.68 per mile on all miles (loaded and empty) with fuel surcharge included. The base rate is $1.29-$1.32, and the fuel surcharge is currently at .3557 CPM, adjusted weekly.
- Earning Potential: Enjoy an average weekly gross income of $4400-$5375 on 2700-3200 miles per week; which comes to $2200-$2600 (depending on your fuel consumption experience, etc). Please note the carrier forwards you the money for fuel and it is taken out of your settlement every week that is correct you are paid weekly.
- No-Touch Freight: Our 100% no-touch policy, with 80% drop and hook, ensures efficiency and minimal hassle. No trailer fees to worry about.
- Lease Details: You will have weekly base payment of $308, covering insurance, base truck payment, etc. Lease payments are then deducted at $.28 CPM, allowing you to own your truck with ease. Therefore, if you want to take time off, all you have to pay is $308 and you dont have to worry about putting away for your Maintenance Escrow because ALL preventative and bumper to bumper repairs (not body damage) are paid by the company. That is because the company offers a Preventative Maintenance program (see below).
- Maintenance Coverage: All maintenance, from preventative measures to major repairs, is covered under our comprehensive plan at $.07 CPM. This covers all expenses, and after reaching 400K miles, the rate increases to .12 CPM.
- Take-Home Pay: Experience a steady take-home pay of $2450-$2575 per week after covering all expenses.
- Hiring & Operating Areas: Currently, we cannot hire drivers out of NY, NJ, IL, VA, CA, South of Tampa in FL, or far NE. Please note that this job is OTR and could run all the lower 48. Ideally drivers should plan to be out 14-21 days to maximize your earnings.
- Rider and Pet Policy: You may have a rider and pet from day one.
Truck Features:
- We operate with Freightliner Cascadia trucks, accommodating auto restrictions.
- Company covers base plates, tolls, and other fees. Drivers are responsible for insurance and 2290.
- All trucks are equipped with APUs and inverters.
Qualifications: To be part of our team, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- 23 years old with a minimum of two years Class A OTR verifiable driving experience in the last three years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last three years (personal and commercial), and none of them may be major.
- No more than 2 incidents/accidents, and no DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last three years.
- No more than six jobs in the last three years.
- No felonies in the last ten years; misdemeanors will be considered case by case.
- No DUIs in a personal vehicle in the last 10 years, and only 1 in a lifetime.
Please note: A history of failing or refusing a DOT drug or alcohol test is an automatic disqualification.
