Your role in our mission
- This person would be responsible for understanding the Tennessee Medicaid space and it’s vision
- Helping link that business strategy with the latest in technology and productivity tools (i.e., SNOW, JAMA, JIRA)
- Helping define process modeling architecture standards and capturing the TennCare business space (right now we are centric to textual and rudimentary static diagrams). Gainwell Corporate Business Process space uses ProVision
- Helping establishing Gainwell as thought leaders and vision enablers at the highest levels of TN (C-level and direct reports)
- Helping establish business capability maps and technical enabler tools
- Work with Enterprise and Technical architects to oversee and strategize business capabilities
- Overseeing critical deliverables or artifacts, like business capability models; business capabilities; and value streams
- Defining migration strategies to modernizing legacy business architecture
- Leading and defining the Business architecture space for new DDI, like our MMIS core
- Daily, ongoing development and maintenance of core entities, new models or views, or upkeep and upgrades of existing; participate in meetings and help plan and define strategic roadmaps and visions
- Build and establish a Knowledge Base and integrate across domains (processes and system applications) of the TennCare Space
- Manage the Business Architecture practice and space across the organization through its natural evolution of maturity. This could be formalizing the supporting infrastructure, training, methodology, governance, and tools
- Ability to visualize growth and build high-level models for future analysis and maturing the current business architecture
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to document and communicate values generated from the new capabilities and processes
- Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations
- Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results
What we're looking for
- Seven (7) or more years of Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Solutions Architecture roles
- Experience in modeling business processes by using various tools and techniques (e.g. UML)
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools
- Healthcare Experience
