We prioritize a positive attitude, a love for working with children, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Our school has been fortunate to employ some of the most exceptional educators in the region, helping us become one of the leading educational institutions in Boulder County. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our accredited educational programs, catering to infants through private kindergarten, as well as offering after-school programs and remote learning support for school-age students.

Provide overall supervision and manage daily class activities for a group of children in the classroom.
Adhere to all regulations outlined by local, state, or national authorities concerning the health, safety, and welfare of children.
Implement approved lesson plans and maintain a daily classroom schedule in line curriculum.
Cultivate an inviting and well-maintained classroom environment that encourages children's creativity, exploration, and decision-making.
Offer verbal encouragement and set clear, consistent expectations for children's behavior.
Assume responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the classroom, shared spaces, and playground areas.
Uphold a professional appearance according to the guidelines outlined in our Employee Handbook.
Assist in other duties as assigned by the Director or designated supervisor.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Must meet the basic requirements set by local child care regulatory agencies.
Previous experience in teaching or assisting in a licensed early childhood program is preferred.
Understanding of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed for child safety and emergency situations; for Infant and Young Toddler teachers, ability to safely lift infants in and out of cribs is required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Your compensation will be based on your experience and qualifications. Hours may vary each week based on availability and school needs, with the potential for full-time employment. Full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package, such as paid holidays, vacation time, subsidized health insurance, and a retirement plan with company matching.

We are excited about the opportunity to discuss your career aspirations and how we can collaborate to positively impact the lives of our students. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
