Job Overview

Michael Anthony's Cucina Italiana, in business for over 20 years with a loyal local customer base is seeking a full-time server with proven fine dining experience to work five evening shifts per week. Named in 2022 "Best Italian Restaurant", again in 2021 the "Best Fine Dining Restaurant", and in 2020 Best Restaurant Staff by readers of Hilton Head Monthly.

• The successful applicant must possess a minimum of three years experience working in a professional fine dining environment or high volume environment with advanced knowledge of wines, dining etiquette and steps of service.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a major plus.
• Looking for someone who is customer service driven with an outgoing personality.
• No seasonal applicants please.
• Applicants must be able to climb stairs frequently.
