Job description:Analyzes documentation (blueprints, specifications, proposals, customer supplied samples, etc.) to prepare time, cost and labor estimates. Administers, prepares and reviews contracts, provisions and proposals to generate job travelers for projects. Manages projects at all levels from start to finish. Checks status of current projects and attends management meetings. Handles customer inquiries and concerns, initiates communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and follow up, providing immediate responses when possible and troubleshoots more complicated inquires.
