Brown & Brown Dealer Services is seeking an
Account Executive to join their team in
Naperville, IL !
WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Demonstrate the ability to drive dealership results through training and income development
- Conduct high quality sales meetings in dealerships
- Develop basic understanding of reinsurance and what factors drive results
- Develop a basic understanding of F&I pay plans
- Prospects new ADG account relationships
- Develops an extensive knowledge of ADG products and services
- Professionally presents ADG products and services to prospective clients
- Closes new business for ADG
- Collects market data including but not limited to contact information and competitor information.
- Work to keep all information in an organized manner
- Utilizes collected information to conduct market segmentation and identify opportunities within the marketplace.
- Assists with kick offs
- Builds and maintains relationships with dealership personnel
- Conducts dealership training for F&I and Sales personnel from time to time may be expected to participate and assist other ADG teammates with their accounts
- Utilizes the ADG application consistently
- Becomes proficient with outside technology utilized by ADG and its vendor partners.

- Minimum of 2-3 years automotive F&I Experience
- High School Diploma and Some College
- Coachable
- Self-Starter
- Expert in MS Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Two (2) years in a dealership management position as an F&I Director, GSM or GM with verifiable references of success at stated positions
