Sr. Systems Analyst - IAM

Job description
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems, including patching, upgrading, and monitoring for potential issues to minimize risk of potential downtime.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.
- Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the business to leverage the Identity and Access Management system functionality to improve business processes.
- Act as subject matter expert and coach/mentor other members of the organization on identity and access management best practices.
- Provide operational support to end users and business partners.
- Work with product engineering to fix discovered defects or add product enhancements as business needs dictate.
- Author technical documentation including knowledge articles for internal use.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of administration experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
- Experience with NetIQ Access Manager is a must.
- Experience with Identity Manager, Advanced Authentication, and Single Sign-on Password Reset preferred.
- AWS and GCP knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SSL, SAML, OAuth, DNS, and XML.
- Knowledge of Apache/Tomcat web servers.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems.
- Understanding of Active Directory/eDirectory LDAP.
- Experience with capturing and interpreting header and TCP/IP traces.
This job is expected to pay in the range of $90,000/annum to $100,000/annum in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
