Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Remote Travel Agent to provide personalized support to our clients who require travel assistance.

As a Remote Travel Agent you will be responsible for providing endtoend support to your clients from planning their trip to ensuring their travel experience is seamless.

This is an amazing business opportunity and a way to earn great commissions as a side job!

Responsibilities:

Research and suggest travel options including flights accommodations and activities based on clients preferences and budget.

Book and confirm travel arrangements including flights accommodations transfers and activities ensuring all details are accurate and uptodate.

Provide pretravel information including visa requirements travel advisories and health and safety information.

Assist clients with travelrelated issues such as flight delays cancellations and more

Provide ontrip support including itinerary changes booking modifications and emergency assistance.

Ensure clients satisfaction with their travel experience by following up after their trip and addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Indepth knowledge of travel industry trends destinations and products.
  
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools.
