The Principal QA (CW) is an accomplished QA leader. They have a strong background in testing, test processes and test tooling. In this role you will use your experience to work with the Test Strategies team to grow the quality at Client. This would include work in the following spaces: Test Strategy, Test Standards, Quality metrics and processes. Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, ADO, assessing test tools and metrics. Strong presentation skills a must.
Skills needed
Highly experienced QA with expertise in creating test strategies and driving test planning, test process and Quality metrics.
Strong QA leadership background with clear experience in testing complex applications preferably with cross-team development
Breadth of QA experience that supports the ability to identify and influence around high value QA processes
Strong understanding and experience with QA metrics to measure Quality and Automation
Strong Experience with testing tools for UI, mobile, API, visual testing- specifically Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Playwright, Perfecto etc
Good automation skills in .Net, React, Angular.
Excellent influencing, documenting and presentation skills to drive the adoption of new test processes, tools and metrics.
Experience with AI test tools
Goal oriented individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
