Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and secure sales
• Engage in community activities
• Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and more
• Foster relationship building
• Utilize lead management systems
• Seek new business opportunities through sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and goal-focused
• A genuine eagerness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and open to coaching
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• A strong ambition for personal and professional development
• Must hold valid insurance licenses or be willing to acquire them
