Job description

The role is an administrative assistant and may lead to full-time employment with the agency.

• Hours will be M-F, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, with a one-hour lunch break (7.5 hours/day worked).  This does exclude state holidays, which will not be paid.
• Location: 1620 Shop Road, Columbia
• Pay: $17.95
• We are looking for someone with at least five years of administrative experience, preferably with at least an associate’s degree.  8+ years of administrative assistant experience, with strong Microsoft background will be ok with a high school diploma.
• Previous Warehouse administrative experience is a huge plus.

Job Functions:

• Creating and processing requisitions and “shopping carts” for equipment and supplies for the warehouse;
• Auditing the other administrative personnel, and assisting with weekly warehouse audits/cycle counts;
• Assisting with new-hire fittings as necessary and other basic warehouse activities;
• Accurate data entry from various sources into various record databases;
• Assist with and maintain badge records and inventory;
• May be asked to draft correspondence (strong writing skills is a plus);
• Other administrative tasks as necessary.
