Job description
Wood County Hospital is accepting applications for a per diem Registered Polysomnography Technologist. The Sleep Tech performs the process of assessment, monitoring and recording of physiologic data for the diagnosis of sleep disordered conditions.
Job Duties:
- Ability to interpret all phases of testing levels, lead and disorder identification; scoring capability a plus
- Effective use of computer software programs used by Sleep Lab
- Knowledgeable of all Sleep Lab equipment
- Documents client information, testing data and client education according to department policy and procedure
- Communicates client and lab information in a concise, timely, courteous and accurate manner with physicians, co-workers, supervisors, client and client’s families

- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
- BLS through the American Heart Association
