In this role, you will be responsible for creating excitement among target demographics during promotional events and campaigns across various settings. Additionally, you will support the promotions team by handling administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, set up, and publish advertising to increase brand awareness and attendance during promotions.
• Arrange promotional displays and visual merchandising at events to generate excitement about featured client brands, products, and services.
• Engage with consumers, promoting excitement and building brand connections through product/service demonstrations and explanations.
• Build knowledge of each featured brand/product/service.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
• Educate new employees on product/service benefits, costing, and other details.
• Maintain relationships with retail partners, marketing/advertising clients, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a similar field preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or any retail-related setting is an asset. Internship experience and previous entry-level experience will also be considered.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule.
• Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
