Medical - Surgical (RN) Signing Incentives Available / Full-Time / NightsWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's Med/Surg team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Description: The Medical/Surgical RN provides care for patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The Med/Surge RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Due to the broad range of medical conditions Med/Surge Nurses will encounter, they must be well-versed in a large variety of health conditions. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the patient care setting. Communicates, as appropriate, information about changes in patients clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Louisiana (LA) Registered Nurse Licensure.
