Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist Physician to join our team in Meriden, CT. This position entails a balanced mix of 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities, with a focus on providing outstanding patient care while also contributing to leadership and supervision within our organization.

Average patient census of 5 patients per day with an over 18 population (young adult program for 18-24 year olds and adult program for 25+) .

Schedule:

· Monday - Friday - 8:30am – 5:00p m

· Out Patient

· No Call

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience working with young adult and adult populations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
