What you'll do...
As a Senior Manager , Change Management , Communication & Training , you will lead the change management strategy and approach across Associate and Labor Relations . You'll b uild people readiness plans for programs and projects within Associate and Labor Relations to increase adoption and acceptance of the change . This role will include planning and managing the implementation and impact initiatives as well as align ing people and processes to promote the delivery of the approach.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and quick learner who can juggle multiple priorities, will proactively make connections with partners across the business, has good project management skills and can make decisions even when there are areas of ambiguity. This individual must also have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs and be a collaborative team player.

You have a c omprehensive understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks and best practices .
You have a p roven ability to contextualize information and make information relevant for the intended audience .
You have e ffective verbal and written communication, influence, and change management skills .
You are professionally mature and can facilitate discussions and with leaders to identify gaps and gain buy-in and consensus .
You have s trong collaboration skills, are adept at working in a team-focused environment and consulting with various organizational departments to meet department needs.

Support ing change management processes and impact initiative programs across programs and process improvement activities by assisting in creating implementation plans and documentation.
Serv ing as the change agent by influencing the team to understand the best change management approach to manage resistance and support acceptance .
Facilitat ing sessions to determine specific behaviors necessary for promoting sustainable benefits of change.
Develop ing training programs, performance support tools, and resources by assisting with research of learner needs, learning environments, knowledge gaps, and behavioral changes; creating blended learning options; and ensuring alignment with technology and business support infrastructure.
Develop ing strategic communications across the business by consulting with senior department leadership and Communication s when needed, to determine appropriate communication strategy and evaluate business needs and desired outcomes .
Measur ing change effectiveness by creating assessments to measure participant reaction and learning .
